There’s more to being a bride than saying ‘YES’ to the dress! Couples on their way to marital bliss at some point will need to discuss their living arrangements. Do they plan to move into a new apartment together? Does one plan to move into the other spouse’s apartment? Are they ready to jump into a starter home?
The Kastens Group held a booth at the Texas Bridal and Wedding Expo at the George R. Brown convention center to meet hundreds of Houston-area brides and grooms to ease their concerns and answer any questions they have about this next milestone in their life!
With the help of my friends, my husband, and my assistant Karina Magalong, we set up an amazing booth with a digital frame showcasing homes I’ve sold or found for my clients, a game with prizes, and free cookies through a marketing partnership with Tiff’s Treats! We also registered as a ‘Sweepstakes Sponsor’ to offer a $200 gift card to Perry’s Steakhouse to one of the brides who scanned our QR code.
Nearly 350 people visited our booth! The amount of lead generation in 5 hours was a huge success!
The biggest question we got asked was, “Where do I start?” As if planning a wedding isn’t stressful enough, many engaged couples need guidance when it comes to buying their first house, or finding their first apartment together. Some couples may already know a realtor, but I explained to them, sometimes people like having an impartial party to handle their transaction. This will arguably be the biggest financial decision of their life after the wedding, so it’s important to feel confident, and comfortable with the agent representing them.
I would love to guide you through the next huge milestone in your life– finding YOUR new rental or first home together.
